Friday - Penfield, Penn Yan and Brockport Win

There were eleven games played on a warm Friday. Fairport won an 11-9 game with HF-L, Penn Yan beat Aquinas 10-9, and Brockport was a 10-8 winner over Wayne.

RUSH-HENRIETTA 18 - THOMAS 11  - Rush-Henrietta defeated Thomas, 18-11.  The Royal Comets (13-2) featured their standard balanced attack, with nine different scorers including Avery Roberts (2g/1a), Ashlyn Roberts (2g/1a), Catrina Rowe (2g/1a), Ally Garrett (4g), Danielle Garrett (3g), and Lena Cox (2g).  The Royal Comets close out their regular season schedule Monday against Brighton.  The Titans (7-6) have a quick turn-around with a game Saturday, also against Brighton.  There were no statistics reported from Thomas at post time.       [BOXSCORE]

FAIRPORT 11 - HF-L 9  - Fairport edged Honeoye Falls-Lima, 11-9.  The Red Raiders, who improved to 9-6, conclude their regular season Thursday against Hilton.  The Cougars (7-7) host Irondequoit on Monday.  There were no statistics reported from either team at post time.       [BOXSCORE]

GREECE STORM 16 - NEWARK-MIDLAKES 4  - Alison Dioguardi posted 6g-3a and Mackenzie Gibaud had 4g-6a to lead the Storm in the victory over the Reds.  There was no report from Newark-Midlakes at post time.        [BOXSCORE]

PITTSFORD 16 - SCHROEDER 3  - Pittsford (13-3) concluded the regular season with a 16-3 victory over Schroeder.  Ella Dossier had two goals in a losing effort for the Warriors (7-7), who host Brockport on Wednesday.  There were no statistics reported from Pittsford at post time.       [BOXSCORE]

AQUINAS 9 - PENN YAN 10  -  A one goal difference in the first half was the difference as the Mustangs won by one goal. Kaley Griffin had 4g-2a to lead Penn Yan (9-6). There was no report from Aquinas at post time.       [BOXSCORE]

WAYNE 8 - BROCKPORT 10  - Riley Simpson had 2g-3a and Abby Brown had 2g-1a for Wayne. There was no report from Brockport at post time.       [BOXSCORE]

SOUTH JEFFERSON 17 - CANANDAIGUA 9  - South Jefferson took control in the first half (11-4), but the game was even in the second half as both teams scored six goals.
