The Saints scored five unanswered goals in to end the first half and start the second half to take an 8-4 lead that the Cadets could not fight back against. Hilton pulled the game within one goal twice, but could not tie the game. Amanda Hilderbrandt and Jenna Ricotta each scored four goals for the Cadets. The ninth goal was scored by Sydney Carpenter. Hilderbrandt also led her team with 4 draw contorls and 3 ground balls. Defenseman Josephine Ban recorded 2 caused turnovers. In the cage, Shaina Doser recorded 12 saves. |
