# 149  2016 Herb Fitch Senior All Star Game

The Rochester Chapter of USLacrosse has announced the 2016 Herb Fitch Lacrosse All Star Game player selections. This year's contest, featuring some of the best of the graduating seniors will be held on Friday, June 17th at Victor High School. The girls' game will start at 5:00 PM before the boys' play at 7:00 PM.

Tickets for the Senior All Star Games will be $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for students. Concessions will be available.

All players need to visit the Registration Page and indicate if they are planning to play or not. Other information is available on that page. Registration is complete.

Monroe County End of Season Awards have 50 First and 50 Second Team All County Players.  In addition there were 4 All Americans and 4 Academic All Americans.  As well as Defensive Players of the Year, a Midfielder of the Year and an Offensive Player of the Year.

# 133  Lill Scored as Time Expired to Give Schroeder the Win

In the first game of the tournament season where the lower seed was victorious, #5 Webster Schroeder defeated #4 Penfield 8-7.  The Warriors scored the game winning goal with 0:00.3 remaining on the clock.  Payton Lill scored her fourth goal as time expired to give the Warriors the win.

# 42  Clement Scores Back to Back 8m to Secure Win for Braves

Cayla Clement turned the game around and helped secure a 7-5 win for Canandaigua over Penfield.  Clement, a senior, finished the game with 2g-1a, but all three came at the perfect time for the Braves.  Clement assisted the goal to bring the score within one; then she scored the tying and go-ahead goals off of 8 meter shots.
