Canandaigua defeated Hamburg 16-6, HFL defeated Lake Shore 16-12, Pal-Mac defeated East Aurora 17-0 and Pittsford defeated Frontier 15-1. The Panthers and Red Raiders also won the Boys Western Regional Championships and both schools with have 2 teams in thate State Semi-Finals. |

Additional scores were Spencerport over Pal-Mac 18-5, Waterloo over Aquinas 14-12, Mynderse-Romulus over Gananda 11-6 and Irondequoit over Greece Storm 9-2.
