DAY IN REVIEW: MONDAY - Monday's eleven-game Section V girls lacrosse slate was highlighted by Geneva's Meghan Forbes reaching 200 career points, while dominant individual efforts from Rush-Henrietta's Kate DeWald, Wayne's Anabelle Ruffell, and Victor's Camryn Adrid helped their teams to lopsided wins. Brighton provided the day's biggest drama, rallying from a late two-goal deficit to edge Thomas 9-7.

DAY IN REVIEW: WEDNESDAY - Wednesday's girls lacrosse action saw Victor go past Honeoye Falls-Lima 16-5 behind three goals and five assists from Meaghan O'Brien and 11 saves from Mia Finocchario, while Livonia-Avon-Geneseo improved to 3-0 with a 15-4 win over Wayne as Maddie Whitford, Lily Rowe, and Sidney Clickner combined for 11 goals. Hilton held off a late three-goal rally to edge Schroeder 4-3, Gates Chili topped Brockport 7-5 despite nine saves from Jessica Maher, and Pal-Mac got three goals each from Anabelle Grant and Teagan Hudak in an 18-4 win over Gananda-Marion. The Pittsford-Thomas game was suspended for weather with Pittsford leading 7-2, and the Fairport-Spencerport game was suspended for weather with Fairport leading 5-1.
