Rush-Henrietta Edges Mercy
May 19, 2025 - Rush-Henrietta scored the last three goals of the game to complete a fourth-quarter rally and sneak by Mercy 9-7. It was the Royal Comets' 11th win in a row over the Monarchs dating back to 2014.
Riley Brown (3g), Kate DeWald (2g/1a), and Danielle Garrett (2g/1a) led the scoring for Rush-Henrietta (10-5). Isabella Artessa added two goals, and Emma DeWald and Taylee Bernarduci each contributed an assist. In goal, Taylor Potwin made eight saves, including the 100th of her varsity career. Mercy (9-5) did not submit a statistical report.
