Pittsford Earns Victory Over Canandaigua
April 10, 2025 - On the strength of its balanced offensive lineup, Pittsford secured an 8-5 win over Canandaigua in a Monroe County contest. Eight different Panthers accounted for a goal apiece, including first-time varsity scorers Lea Kenney and Presley Imburgia. It was Pittsford''s 10th win in the last 15 games between the two teams.
Canandaigua was led by Samantha Lupton, who netted three goals. Additional contributions for the Gray Wolves came from Nola Weaver (1g), Leah Sheridan (1g), and Taylor Ennis-Chinn (1a).
Pittsford, now 2-0, looks forward to hosting Baldwinsville (Section III) on Saturday. For Canandaigua, now 2-1, the focus shifts to its upcoming game at Honeoye Falls-Lima on Monday.
