R-H Scores Four of Last Five in Win
April 20, 2016 - In a game that was never more than two goals apart, Rush-Henrietta scored four of the last five goals to defeat Churchville-Chili 9-8. The Royal Comets trailed by two goals (7-5) with 9:40 remaining in the second half, before they scored four unanswered goals to lead 9-7 with 1:42 left.
Freshman midfielder Maddy George scored two of the four goals in the stretch. Gabby Garrett and Emily Schillinger scored the other two goals. George finished with a team leading 3g for the Royal Comets. Mara Zimmerman had a big game for the Saints with 3g.
