Mynderse-Romulus Wins
May 7, 2024 - DAY IN REVIEW: TUESDAY - Mynderse-Romulus beat Marcus Whitman in the only game played today.
MARCUS WHITMAN-3 at MYNDERSE-ROMULUS-15 - The Blue Devils built a 9-1 halftime lead and coasted to the win. Eight players scored for Mynderse-Romulus (7-4), including Myah Herron (4g/3a) and Chelsea Korzeniewski (3g/4a). Alyson Furletti added three assists, and Amelia Reese secured a game-high five draw controls. For Marcus Whitman (0-10), Helen Snyder and Aliysiah Clark each had a goal, as did ninth-grader Holland Benge, whose goal was the first of her varsity career. Both teams have home games Wednesday, with Mynderse-Romulus taking on Pal-Mac and Marcus Whitman facing Eastridge/Bishop Kearney. [ BOX SCORE]
