Three Games on Thursday

- DAY IN REVIEW: THURSDAY - There were three games played on Thursday with Brockport winning a close one with Gananda-Marion, Schroeder defeating the Saints, and Wayne over Mynderse-Romulus.

CC-SchroederMYNDERSE-ROMULUS-6 at WAYNE-11 - Wayne won their first game against Mynderse-Romulus as Sophomore midfielder Lauren Twist and Senior offensive player Megan Montgomery each scored their first Varsity goal for the Eagles. Wayne saw scoring from Junior attacker Isabella Veltre (2g-1a), Sophomore midfielder Lauren Twist (2g), Junior Samantha Branner (1g-1a), and Sophomore attacker Julia DiLeo (1a). Leading the scoring for Mynderse-Romulus were Junior attacker Chelsea Korzeniewski (1g-2a), Senior midfielder Jackie Sinicropi (3g), and Junior offensive player Amelia Reese (1g-1a).     [ BOX SCORE

CC-SchroederCHURCHVILLE-CHILI-3 at SCHROEDER-11 - Leading the scoring for Schroeder (2-0) were Sophomore midfielder Lola Wambach (3g-2a), Junior attacker Brooke Guelli (2g-2a), and Sophomore midfielder Molly Meyer (2g).  There was no report from Churchville-Chili (0-2) at post-time.    [ BOX SCORE]   - - More images in the photo gallery. 

GANANDA-MARION-7 at BROCKPORT-9 - The Blue Devils fended off a last quarter charge by Gananda-Marion as 8th grade midfielder Molly McJury, Freshman midfielder Giavanna Saeva, and Freshman offensive player Samantha Webster each scored their first Varsity goal for Brockport. Leading the scoring for Brockport (1-1) were Senior midfielder Zoe Baase (3g-2a), McJury (2g), and Senior attacker Emma Cuzzupoli (2g).  In the goal for Brockport was freshman Jessica Maher who recorded 10s/7ga = 59% (48 mins).
