Mercy Holds off Schroeder
April 29, 2021 - Mercy came out in the first half and led 11-8 going into halftime. In the second half, Webster Schroeder stayed in the contest forcing multiple ties. With 12:07 remaining, Webster scored to force the final tie of the game at 14-14. Mercy responded with the next two goals to go back up. With 2:04 remaining, Schroeder scored their last goal to bring the game within one. Webster took a last shot at the cage with only a few seconds left. After the save, Mercy shot the ball upfield and ran out the final seconds.
