Fairport records its first victory
March 31, 2026 - FAIRPORT-9 at CNS-7 - Fairport recorded its first victory of the young season. The Red Raiders had lost their previous three matchups with CNS (III), most notably in the 2024 NYS class A finals.
Ellie MIller scored three goals for Fairport (1-1). All of her goals came in the fourth quarter, including the go-ahead goal which followed a caused turnover by Lucy Sisson while the Red Raiders were playing shorthanded. Camryn DuBose (3g/4a) led the scoring for Fairport. Brinn Castrechini had two goals and an assist along with eight draw controls. Brenna Goss had one goal to round out the scoring.
