On Monday night, Penn Yan hosted West Genesee (section III) in a tightly contested non-league matchup. Despite a spirited effort by the Mustangs, West Genesee secured a 10-9 victory. Gianna Voigt (2g/2a) and Bailey Cooper (3g) led the scoring for Penn Yan. Corinne Barden added two goals and an assist. Bailey Cooper also secured six draw controls, and Marion Wheeler recorded nine saves.
