DAY IN REVIEW: MONDAY - In the single quarterfinal game played today, Penfield was the winner and will advance to the semi-finals.

GREECE STORM-5 at PENFIELD-18 in a Sect V Quarterfinal game - The Patriots scored a decisive victory in this class A quarterfinal matchup.  Leading the scoring for No. 4 Penfield were Peyton Rothfuss (3g/4a), Riley Smith (2g/4a), Jenna Capozzi (3g), and Isabella Teal (3g).  Mara Misiurewicz (4g/5dc) was outstanding for No. 5 Greece, who finished its season with a record of 9-6.  Penfield (9-8) moves on to face top-seeded Rush-Henrietta on Wednesday.    [ BOX SCORE]   - - More images in the photo gallery.
